1. Find A Printer near youThese are the following printers available to student use in the campus: 1 - A-wing (Next to staff room ) 2 - B-wing (Library) 3 - I-wing (In-front of EAL room) 2 - Log in to your printer account using your printer card or codeUse your printer account or 5-digit code to log in to your account. Follow the pictures below to see how to log in either with the card or code. If you are using your printer card to log in, place the card beneath the screen as shown in the image above. If you are willing to use your code to log in, press on the button pointed to in the image and a screen will appear. 3 - Press on the log in button After you scan your card or enter the code, press on log in. Ignore this screen and press on "Ok" to move forward. 4 - Open the printers' flat bed and place the paper.Open the printer's flatbed and place the paper as shown in the picture below. Make sure that the paper is aligned with the appropriate marking on the paper's long side (A4 in this case) and is facing down. 5 - Close the Top CoverAfter closing the top cover the printer should detect your document as shown below. 6a - Adjust Settings 'Colour'There are various settings that you can utilise with the school printers. The setting that you will most commonly need to adjust is colour. Here select the colour that you wish to PRINT. 6b - Selecting Paper Size 'Paper'Selecting 'Paper' will allow you to choose which size of paper will be printed. 6c - 1 Sided and 2 Sided 'Duplex/Combine'The 'Duplex/Combine' button allows you to copy your document as double sided or one sided. You can also combine pages into one through the buttons on the right. 6d - Stapling and CollatingThe last setting on the line is the 'Finishing' Button. Here you can choose to staple, hole punch and/or group your documents. 7 - Press to PrintPress the blue button to begin the copying process. 8 - Collect your document and remove the originalAfter printing, do not forget to remove your original from the flatbed. 9 - Log outYou can now log out of the printer by clicking 'Abmelden'.
