1 - Find a Printer near youThese are the following printers available to student use in the campus: 1 - A-wing (Next to staff room ) 2 - B-wing (Library) 3 - I-wing (In-front of EAL room) 2 - Log in to your printer account using your printer card or codeUse your printer account or 5-digit code to log in to your account. Follow the pictures below to see how to log in either with the card or code. If you are using your printer card to log in, place the card beneath the screen as shown in the image above. If you are willing to use your code to log in, press on the button pointed to in the image and a screen will appear 3 - Press on the log in buttonAfter you scan your card or enter the code, press on log in. Ignore this screen and press on "Ok" to move forward. 4 - Press the menu buttonAfter you have logged in to your account, press the menu button to view the next step. 5 - Press on the "App" button on the screenAfter you have pressed on the menu button, press on the "App" option on the screen. 6 - Press on the "Pcounter Scan" buttonAfter you have pressed on the App button, select the "Pcounter Scan" option to view the next step. 7 - Open the printers' flat bed and place the paper.Open the printer's flatbed and place the paper as shown in the picture below. Make sure that the paper is aligned within the glass frame and is facing down. 8 - Select your email to scan your documents to your inboxAfter you have pressed on "Pcounter Scan", a screen will appear with two options. Select the first option to scan the documents to your inbox. 9 - Press on the blue button to scan the documentAfter selecting your email press the blue button pointed to in the picture below to scan the document. 10 - Press on the menu buttonAfter you have finished scanning the document, press on the menu button to exit the scan job. 11 - Press on the log out buttonDon't forget to press the log out button before leaving so no one else can use your account. 12 - Remove the document from the printer's flatbedDon't forget to remove the document from the printer's flatbed before leaving.
